[Case Study of Conductive Diamond Technology] Decomposition of Complex Substances
Contributing to the reduction of environmental impact! Fluorine-based surfactants can also be decomposed using diamond electrodes.
We would like to introduce a case study on the use of conductive diamond technology for the decomposition of difficult-to-degrade substances. Chelating agents and fluorinated surfactants found in industrial wastewater have posed challenges due to their resistance to biological treatment, but they can be decomposed using diamond electrodes. Additionally, by applying this technology to the removal and decomposition of nitrogen compounds (ammonia, nitrate) and plating wastewater, we contribute to the reduction of environmental impact in the treatment of organic wastewater, which has been challenging until now. 【Case Overview】 - Chelating agents and fluorinated surfactants found in industrial wastewater have posed challenges due to their resistance to biological treatment, but they can be decomposed using diamond electrodes. - By applying this technology to the treatment of organic wastewater, which has been challenging until now, we contribute to the reduction of environmental impact. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
